Listing Limits and Upgrades: Individual users may list only one vehicle under the free listing plan. To list additional vehicles, users must upgrade to the premium plan.
Seller Responsibilities: As a seller, you attest that all information provided about your listed vehicle is accurate. You are solely responsible for completing and verifying all necessary documentation before finalizing the sale. The platform is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from the transaction between the buyer and seller.
Ad Validity and Charges: Premium ads are valid for 90 days. Charges for premium features apply to each new vehicle ad that utilizes these benefits.
Refund Policy: If you are unable to secure satisfactory buyers, a 100% refund is guaranteed. Refunds will be processed within 8-9 business days. The refund window is between 30 and 90 days from the date of payment and applies to one listing per mobile number.
Premium Features: Upgrading from a free listing to a premium plan significantly boosts the visibility of your ad, providing 5 times more views. Premium sellers will receive buyer details via SMS and see them on the website.
Seller Duties: It is the seller's responsibility to engage with buyers and verify all required details and documents. The platform does not bear responsibility for any discrepancies or disputes between the buyer and seller.
Geographic Restrictions: Seller listings will only be visible in the seller's primary city, which cannot be altered once the vehicle is listed. The platform does not guarantee the sale of the vehicle but will strive to maximize visibility.
Listing Quality: The effectiveness of your listing in attracting buyers depends on its quality. Factors include the number and quality of images, accurate vehicle details, popularity of the make and model, listing price, and vehicle condition. Once the make and model are entered, they cannot be changed.
Premium Ad Deletion: Premium ads that are intentionally or unintentionally deleted cannot be reinstated.
Important Notes: The free listing plan is available exclusively to individuals or private sellers listing their vehicle for sale. Dealers, brokers, or those engaged in vehicle trading are ineligible.
The platform reserves the right to modify or withdraw any terms and conditions of the plan at any time without prior notice.
By listing your vehicle, you consent to receive Emails from the platform regarding your advertisement. Any disputes arising from this scheme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mumbai courts. The existence of a dispute does not constitute a claim against the platform.
